May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognize the importance of emotional well-being, connection, and access to compassionate care. As part of this month of reflection and support, the Bozeman Wellness Expo on May 17th is proud to feature the deeply inspiring team behind ELVT Mental Health.

Meet Kory Ann and Rachael, two gifted mental health therapists who are redefining what it means to heal and grow—through the power of relationships.
A Calling Rooted in Connection

For Kory Ann, the journey into mental health was guided by an intrinsic desire to help others. Over time, she became especially drawn to the pain and potential within couples navigating relational struggles. "I wanted to help them not just navigate challenges but rediscover the joy and connection they once had," she says. “Seeing all types of relationships heal and thrive is what drives my passion.”

Rachael’s path to therapy emerged from a more personal—and profoundly painful—place. Growing up with a brother who battled severe mental illness, she witnessed firsthand the systemic shortcomings that too often fail those in crisis. After his tragic passing at age 20, Rachael's grief ultimately transformed into purpose. "I began to understand that we are both wounded and healed in the context of relationships,” she reflects. “For me, the therapeutic relationship is where transformation begins. We heal through being seen, known, and supported.”
A Partnership Built on Balance
What makes ELVT Mental Health especially powerful is the dynamic partnership between Kory Ann and Rachael. Their individual backgrounds and complementary personalities create a safe and balanced space for clients. “We challenge each other when needed and step back when it’s time to listen,” they explain. Their relationship as business partners and friends is rooted in mutual respect, emotional awareness, and shared values—mirroring the kind of connection they foster with their clients.
“We view our own attachment patterns as anchors in our partnership. It helps us honor each other as humans and create the containment needed for a strong, healthy collaboration.”
A Tailored, Transformative Approach to Therapy
At ELVT, therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Their approach is exclusively focused on relationships—whether that’s with a partner, family member, or even oneself. They specialize in helping individuals and couples work through recurring conflicts, communication breakdowns, intimacy issues, and more.
“Effective communication is the foundation,” they say. “We use structured strategies to build a safe space for vulnerability, which in turn leads to deeper emotional connection.”
And for those looking for more immersive experiences, ELVT offers workshops, retreats, and group therapy options—creating opportunities for healing in a supportive, community-driven environment.

When One Partner Isn’t Ready
It's common for one partner to feel hesitant about starting therapy. Their advice? “Approach it with curiosity. If one partner is unsure, we encourage them to give it a try—there’s often so much to gain. Therapy isn’t about blame—it’s about growth, clarity, and building a healthier dynamic.”
Finding Purpose in Every Session
When asked to share a defining moment that reaffirmed their calling, both therapists responded with heartfelt clarity: “Every moment.” Whether watching a couple move from disconnection to closeness, or helping someone feel seen and supported for the first time, their work is a constant reminder of the power of human connection.
“It feels like we’re doing our part in making the world a little better every time we sit with someone and help them feel less alone.”
Meet ELVT Mental Health at the Bozeman Wellness Expo on May 17th and discover how their relationship-based approach to therapy can help you or your loved ones heal, connect, and thrive.
